Blackwater railway station (with direct link to Gatwick & Reading) and Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst.
Located in a quiet, private cul-de-sac, we enjoy views over woodland to the front and rear.
The adjacent 8 square miles (20 square kilometres) of scenic heath and woodlands of Hawley Hill are ideal for leisurely walks or cycling.
Here, an abundance of wildlife including deer, foxes, and numerous species of birds may be observed.
A one mile woodland walk leads to picturesque Hawley Lake.


Accommodation

Bedrooms have ample desktop space for personal/business use,
WiFi, independent Sky TV, DVD player, tea/coffee making facilities, alarm clock and freshly laundered bathrobe.
A continental breakfast is available at any hour.
Use of Kitchen to heat and eat evening meal
Shared bath/shower rooms.
Storage space is available for guests' bicycles.
